Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout and will depend on the weight and distance from our San Diego headquarters. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us within 48 hours if your goods arrive damaged and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We are unable to accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on the following items: sale or clearance items, gift cards, Authentic Living Decor Boxes & Subscription Boxes. We will replace any item damaged upon arrival for our Authentic Living Decor & Subscription Boxes. Your subscription service may be canceled at any time. However, once a transaction is processed, the sale is final.

Please email us within 48 hours of receipt of item to initiate a return. In order to be eligible for a return your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unused, with all stickers and tags, and in its original packaging.
